"WidgetKraft", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the WidgetKraft platform and its operators.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using the WidgetKraft platform.

"Widgets" refers to embeddable tools provided by WidgetKraft including but not limited to Live Chat, AI Chatbot, Contact Forms, Comment Box, Visitor Tracking, and related features.

"Credits" refers to the usage-based units consumed when interacting with WidgetKraft widgets and services.

"Services" refers to all software, APIs, dashboards, analytics, automation tools, and related offerings provided by WidgetKraft.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use WidgetKraft.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

WidgetKraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

WidgetKraft provides embeddable widgets and backend-powered tools that enable customer support, communication, data collection, automation, and analytics on third-party platforms.

Features and widgets may evolve over time. WidgetKraft may add, modify, or discontinue any feature or service at its discretion, provided such changes do not materially reduce paid entitlements during an active billing period.

WidgetKraft operates on a credit-based usage model.

Credits are consumed when users interact with widgets, including but not limited to live chat conversations, AI chatbot interactions, form submissions, comments, and visitor tracking events.

Credits are shared across all widgets within an account unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unused credits reset at the end of each billing cycle unless your plan includes a rollover benefit. Where rollover applies, only the specified percentage of unused credits will carry forward to the next billing cycle.

WidgetKraft reserves the right to adjust credit consumption rates with prior notice.

WidgetKraft offers free and paid subscription plans with varying credit limits, features, and usage allowances.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes may result in prorated charges or credits.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

You agree not to use WidgetKraft for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activities.

You must not use the services to transmit malware, spam, phishing messages, or unauthorized automated requests.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the WidgetKraft platform or widgets beyond permitted use.

WidgetKraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

You retain ownership of all content, messages, data, and materials submitted through WidgetKraft widgets.

By using the services, you grant WidgetKraft a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WidgetKraft complies with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including obtaining required user consent.

WidgetKraft does not claim ownership of your customer data.

WidgetKraft may offer AI-powered features including chatbot responses, automated scraping, and prompt generation.

AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as is" basis. WidgetKraft does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI responses.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and using AI-generated content.

WidgetKraft may integrate with or rely on third-party services, platforms, or APIs.

WidgetKraft is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services and does not provide warranties regarding them.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

WidgetKraft retains data according to the limits defined by your subscription plan.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

WidgetKraft strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Support availability and response times depend on your subscription plan.

Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard.

WidgetKraft may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the services.

Upon termination, access to widgets and stored data may be removed according to data retention policies.

All WidgetKraft software, branding, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of WidgetKraft.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the widgets during your active subscription.

You must not use WidgetKraft trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

WidgetKraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WidgetKraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

WidgetKraft's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WidgetKraft in the twelve months preceding the claim.

WidgetKraft may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email.

Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
